How to download your vaccination certificate in Singapore
There are 3 main ways that you can download your vaccination certificate in Singapore:
- HealthHub (App)
- HealthHub (Website)
- Notarise
Here is each method explained in-depth:
1. Downloading your vaccination certificate from HealthHub (App)
On the HealthHub app, you will need to select the ‘COVID-19 Records‘ tab.
You will be prompted to log into your HealthHub account using Singpass.
Once you’ve successfully logged into HealthHub, you can view your COVID-19 vaccination record.
The record will provide you with 3 details regarding your vaccination:
1. The date of your vaccination doses
2. The batch number of the vaccine that you took
3. The location that you were vaccinated at
If you scroll down further, you can see that you’ll be able to download a PDF version of your COVID-19 vaccination record.
This will allow you to view your COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
This certificate will definitely be useful if you intend to travel in the future!
2. Downloading your vaccination certificate from HealthHub (Website)
Downloading your vaccination certificate on the HealthHub website is rather similar to that of the mobile app.
You will need to go to ‘COVID-19 Records’ on the HealthHub website,
and log into your account via SingPass.
Similar to the HealthHub app, you will be able to see your vaccination records.
You are able to download a PDF version of your record here as well.
3. Downloading your vaccination certificate from Notarise
If you are looking for a more official version of your vaccination certificate, you will need to access the Notarise platform.
This is especially important if you want to travel overseas. Notarise will issue you with a Vaccination HealthCert, which is digitally authenticated by MOH.
In this way, it helps to prove the authenticity of your vaccination certificate and ensures that it has not been tampered with.
First, you’ll need to go to the Notarise platform, and select ‘Vaccination certificate‘.
After that, you’ll need to log in via your SingPass account.
You will be asked to enter an email address to which MOH will send the vaccination certificate,
and you will need to input a verification code that is sent to your email.
After that, you will be asked to select the vaccination certificate that you want to verify,
and your request will be processed.
You should receive an email from Notarise that shows you a .oa file and a link to view your vaccination certificate.
You will need to click the link to view the certificate, and not the .oa file! The attached file is to be shared with authorities for verification purposes, and you can’t view this file.
After clicking the link, you will be redirected to a site, where MOH will verify the validity of your vaccination certificate.
This ensures that your certificate is not tampered with.
The certificate on Notarise looks much more official compared to the one that you can generate on HealthHub.
This will be especially useful if you are thinking of travelling overseas! This digital certificate is a foolproof way of showing that you are officially vaccinated in Singapore, since there is no way of tampering with it!
Can I download my vaccination certificate from TraceTogether?
You are only able to access your vaccination status on the TraceTogether app. If you want to download your vaccination certificate, you will be redirected to the HealthHub portal to download the file.
On the TraceTogether app, you can only view your vaccination status.

Can I download my vaccination certificate without using my SingPass?
Currently, there are no possible ways for you to download your vaccination certificate if you do not use your SingPass account. You will need SingPass to access either HealthHub or the Notarise platform to download your vaccination certificate.
If you’ve forgotten your SingPass password, there is currently no way for you to download your vaccination certificate!
As such, you can choose to reset your SingPass password so that you can access your certificate.
