How to sync steps from iPhone to Healthy 365
If you do not have a connected Apple Watch, your iPhone actually has a built-in pedometer that can track your steps.
Here’s what you’ll need to enable this feature on your iPhone:
- Go to Motion & Fitness in your Settings app
- Ensure that Fitness Tracking is enabled
- Ensure that Apple Health app is enabled under Motion and Fitness

Similar to the steps above, you will then need to sync your Apple Health app with Healthy 365.

This means that you will need to have your phone with you at all times so that you will be able to track your steps!
How to sync Google Fit to Healthy 365
Healthy 365 does not allow you to sync your health data directly from Google Fit. You will need to sync your wearable or Google Fit with a Healthy 365 compatible health app.
Currently, the Healthy 365 app does not allow you to sync your health data directly from Google Fit.
This means that you can’t sync either Huawei or Xiaomi wearables to your Healthy 365 app from Google Fit. Instead, what you can do is to sync Google Fit to Samsung Health or Apple Health, and then connect either app with Healthy 365.
This may be quite a complicated process, especially since you will need to have multiple apps being synced together.
How to sync Huawei Health to Healthy 365
Healthy 365 does not provide you with an option to sync your data directly from Huawei Health. As such, you will need to sync your data from Huawei Health to either Samsung Health or Apple Health.
Similar to how Google Fit cannot be synced directly with Healthy 365, the same problem applies to Huawei Health.

As such, you may want to sync Huawei Health with either Samsung or Apple Health first, and then connect either app with the Healthy 365 app.
How to sync Mi Fit to Healthy 365
You are unable to sync your Mi Fit app directly to Healthy 365. Instead, you will need to synchronise the data from your Mi Fit app to either Apple Health or Samsung Health first, before connecting that to Healthy 365.
In the National Steps Challenge FAQs, it was mentioned that you are unable to directly sync your Mi Band to the Healthy 365 app.

What HPB suggested to do is to sync your Mi Band with Apple Health first, since Apple Health is one of the health apps that you can connect to Healthy 365.
You can view a guide on how to connect your Mi Band to Apple Health here.
Conclusion
If you are using an external tracker and not an HPB fitness tracker, there are only 6 mobile apps that you are able to sync with Healthy 365:
- Actxa
- Apple Health
- Fitbit
- Garmin Connect
- Polar Flow
- Samsung Health
You may own other devices that do not have a connected app, such as a Huawei smartwatch or a Mi Band. For these cases, you can sync these external devices to either Apple Health or Samsung Health, depending on which mobile OS you are using.
Since Healthy 365 does not support connections from Google Fit or Huawei Health, this is the only way that you can sync your wearable data to Healthy 365.
